As Katja believes in the importance of connection and the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship, she strives to create a strong and supportive bond in a warm and welcoming space where you feel heard, seen, and understood. Katja completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto. Katja is passionate about providing therapeutic support to individuals and couples (18+) for infidelity, life transitions, communication, peer and romantic relationships, identity, self-esteem, divorce, and abuse. Katja offers sessions in English and German. Katja believes that, as a client, you are unique; you have a distinct background, and you face particular challenges. To meet your individual needs, Katja takes a stance of cultural humility and uses an integrative approach to therapy. Katja draws from a variety of approaches depending on your circumstances and goals for therapy.
