Rachel believes that therapy is beneficial for anyone as it provides an opportunity to feel heard, validated, and supported. She aims to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment that allows you to explore your emotions in a constructive way to make positive changes and attain personal goals.
Rachel believes the therapeutic experience should be unique to each individual. Rachel is currently working towards completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. Rachel’s areas of interest are mood related challenges uncertainty, imposter syndrome, and life transitions.
