Alannah is passionate about helping people reach their full potential, acknowledging how our minds and body impact each other. She believes physical exercise and getting outdoors can enhance individual well-being. Her approach draws from various theoretical frameworks, namely Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Alannah aims to help others feel better both physically and mentally through supporting and fostering change. She has a background in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour and is completing her PhD in Neuroscience.
