Alisha utilizes an open, respectful, and mindful approach when working with individuals from all walks of life. Alisha creates a non-judgemental atmosphere for clients while utilizing practical therapeutic processes to enhance the skills and strategies practiced in session.

Alisha has experience and training in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Alisha offers individual therapy for adults (18+) in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Alisha offers virtual appointments only.

Alisha has a Masters of Arts in Psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
through the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario (CRPO).
